48 Hours Itinerary | Los Poblanos

Day 1 | Arrive & Unwind

After checking in, spend the afternoon exploring the property's lavender fields, gardens, historic architecture, and peaceful courtyards. Browse the Farm Shop for handcrafted lavender products made from the farm's own essential oils before relaxing with a drink on the patio.

As the sun begins to set, enjoy dinner at Campo, where seasonal ingredients from the farm and local producers create an unforgettable farm-to-table dining experience.

Day 2 | Experience Albuquerque

Start your morning with breakfast at Campo before heading out to discover some of Albuquerque's most iconic attractions.

Morning

Explore Historic Old Town Albuquerque

Visit local galleries, boutiques, and artisan shops

Stop by San Felipe de Neri Church, one of the city's oldest landmarks

Lunch
Enjoy lunch at a local New Mexican restaurant in Old Town before continuing your adventure.

Afternoon
Take a ride aboard the Sandia Peak Tramway, where breathtaking views stretch across the Rio Grande Valley and surrounding mountains.

Return to Los Poblanos in the late afternoon to unwind by the seasonal saltwater pool, stroll through the lavender fields, or simply relax beneath the shade of the century-old cottonwood trees.

End your evening with another exceptional dinner at Campo or enjoy a handcrafted cocktail while watching the sunset over the property.

Day 3 | One Last Slow Morning

Before heading home, savor one final leisurely breakfast surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the farm.

If time allows before your flight, consider visiting:

Indian Pueblo Cultural Center

ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden

Nob Hill's local boutiques and coffee shops

Then make the short drive back to Albuquerque International Sunport with memories of a weekend that perfectly balances luxury, history, nature, and the unmistakable charm of New Mexico.

What's My Local Tip

If you have flexibility, plan your visit during late June through July when the lavender fields are in bloom. The fragrance, vibrant purple landscape, and golden New Mexico sunsets create one of the most picturesque experiences on the property. If your schedule allows, book a weekday stay for a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere and the best opportunity to fully enjoy everything Los Poblanos has to offer.
